College Entrance Exam Registration Meeting

Registration for the annual College Entrance Examination is about to begin. In order to escort students for the College Entrance Examination, and become good ‘ferrymen’, on 24th October, the Senior High Department of our school held a joint College Entrance Examination registration meeting in the conference room on the first floor of the administrative building, which was presided over by Deputy Director Xu Haihong of the Senior High Department and attended by Executive Vice Principal Liu Bing, Principal Assistant Xu Zuitai, the leadership in charge of the school Youth League Committee and the Logistics Department, all head teachers of Grade 12, teaching administrators of the Senior High Department in addition to information technology teachers.

First and foremost, Deputy Director Xu Haihong made specific arrangements in terms of the requirements for pandemic prevention and control work, preparation of registration materials for the College Entrance Examination, disciplines for College Entrance Exam registration and organization for the College Entrance Examination registration. Later on, the academic administrators and the information technology teachers respectively made a detailed explanation in regard to the requirements of the form filling and computer operation specification. Moreover, the head teachers raised some specific questions at the meeting, which were answered one by one by the Senior High Department according to the spirit of the document.

Furthermore, Principal Assistant Xu Zuitai emphasized that firstly, there was no trivial matter in the College Entrance Examination, and registration was the first thing. Additionally, all the head teachers and relevant personnel should have a high sense of responsibility and love, serve students well and be good ferrymen. Secondly, we should do a good job in pandemic prevention and control. Thirdly, we are supposed to proceed strict implementation of policy requirements, organize and meticulously review candidates' materials.

In conclusion, Vice Principal Liu Bing expressed his belief that under the strong support of all departments, under the careful arrangement and strict organization of the Senior High Department, and under the joint efforts of all head teachers, the College Entrance Examination registration work of our school will definitely let the society satisfied and let the school and parents rest assured.
